Group Therapy

Group therapy has proven to be an effective treatment for individuals who are isolated with their problems, it helps to feel less alone, and aids in problem solving issues.

You can work on your personal goals within the group and explore the impact on yourself as well as on other group members. This creates a stronger sense of insight and self awareness.
